Transportation
- Drive less. Ride a bike, take public transit, or walk, combine errands into one trip, when you need to drive somewhere try carpooling.
- Reduce idling. Idling for more then 10 seconds uses more gas then restarting your engine, the more you idle the more your spark plugs burn down and that can cause a increase in fuel consumption by 4 to 5 percent, A lot of idling causes water to condense in the vehicles exhaust system which can lead to corrosion,

Vacationing
Try vacationing closer to home or look for places with green tourism. You can travel green to places like Costa Rica, Antarctica, Galapagos islands, Australia, Brazil, Alaska, India, Kenya, Peru, Iceland, Hawaii.
Staycation
Stay at home! There are tons of things to do in your area, go to the beach or a pool, go for a bike ride, go to a movie, go shopping, take a nap, go for a drive, tennis, take a hike, read a book, take a excise class, see a ball game, barbecue or pot luck, play golf.
